The Association of Sailors in Polynesia is a partner of the Federation of Rescuers at Sea.
In this context, it invites boaters to come and meet the local antennae of the Sea Rescuers exist in the remote islands in order to exchange and share.
An interaction between the knowledge of the safety of boaters on the high seas and a perfect knowledge of the terrain and the environment of those who take care of the antennas is undoubtedly an increased source of safety for all!

The Association of Sailors in Polynesia takes over from the JRCC (Sea Rescue Coordinator) for AVURNAV (safety bulletins) or INQUIETUDES (boats without news) in which it was able to prove the effectiveness of its network because it has allowed the JRCC to locate the ship "MARISA" in less than 24 hours on Tahanea, an uninhabited atoll of the Tuamotu, on 9 October 2019.
