Since 2007, the Moorea PGEM has provided for an obligation to use a black water retention device. The Fakarava Biosphere also imposes this. It is likely that this obligation will spread in the near future to all the lagoons of Polynesia. It is therefore urgent to address this and find solutions to comply.
What are the alternatives to the lack of an integrated blackwater retention tank system and how much does it cost?
There are inexpensive and easy-to-implement solutions if your boat is not equipped with this device.
